SBAA Vision

To be an example of excellence in volunteering and mentoring for the Orange County Council of the Boy Scouts of America

SBAA Mission

Using the experience of the Silver Beavers, we will provide leadership to support the mission of the Boy Scouts of America and will foster an example of what it means to be a top volunteer with ongoing relationship between youth and adult mentors. The Silver Beaver Alumni Assocation will accomplish this mission, at least in part, by promoting adult leadership, volunteerism and by actively recruiting adult leaders to serve at the unit, district and council levels.

Mission of the Boy Scouts of America

To prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
