Khanh Do
2015
Khanh presently serves as Advisor for Crew 1910, Chair of the Venturing District, and on Orange County Council's (OCC) National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) team. He is the 2016 NYLT Course Director. He also serves as Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 555, on OCC's Catholic Committee on Scouting, and trainer on the High Adventure Team.
Khanh with Scouts from his troop including his two sons summited Mt. Whitney in 2013. Previously he has served as Webelos Den Leader in Pack 435, Unit Commissioner, and Order-of-the-Arrow's Amimi Chapter Associate Advisor in Pacifica District. He was presented with the chapter's Arrowman of the Year in 2013. He completed Wood Badge training in 2012 and was on staff in 2015.
In 2014 he was presented with the District Award of Merit and has received the Scouter's Religious Award, the Bronze Pelican in 2012 and Saint George Medal 2015. In addition to Scouting, Khanh has been a Youth Minister in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Costa Mesa. Khanh lives in Huntington Beach with his wife Huyen and their children Justin (Eagle Scout), Austin (Life Scout) and Alyson (Venturing Scout).
