Scott Pilcher

2014

Scott presently serves as Scoutmaster of Troop 243 in Canyons District. He has previously served as Canyon's District Commissioner, Assistant District Commissioner, Unit Commissioner and Roundtable Commissioner. Scott was presented with the District Award of Merit in 2011 and was named the Council's District Commissioner of the year in 2012. He has mentored eight Life Scouts on their trail to Eagle.

Scott completed Wood Badge training in 2007. In addition to Scouting he is the Mayors Advisor on Youth Development in the City of Tustin. He also volunteers with the Calvary Community Church in Brea in their music ministry, bible studies, and retreats. Scott's motto is "If I can positively impact the life of just one young boy and help him grow to be an adult that gives back to the community, it will be forth the effort."

Scott lives in Santa Ana with his wife Marilyn and their children Kevin, Eagle Scout, and Brandon, First Class Scout.
