Paul Mondello
2014
Paul presently serves as Saddleback District Advancement Chair, Eagle Project Advisor, and Committee Member of Troop 623. He has guided over 100 Life Scouts on their path to Eagle and participated on numerous Eagle Boards of Review.
A native of Brooklyn, NY, Paul has ran 8-1/2 marathons and tent camped in Alaska for one entire summer while working on a commercial salmon boat. This experience prepared him to answer "Are You Tougher Than a Boy Scout?" broadcast on the National Geographic Channel. Subsequently he was featured in the principal article and on the cover of the Jan/Feb 2013 Scouting Magazine. All he had to do was challenge Scouts repelling off a bridge into a raft then navigating a white water river to a distant finish line plus competing in other fascinating adventures. Is Paul tougher than a Boy Scout? You will have to make that decision.
Paul lives in Lake Forest with his wife Teresa and their children Kyler, Eagle Scout and aspiring Christian singer Emma Rose.
