Robert Neal

Rob presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Orange County
Council (OCC). As Chairman, Rob has been instrumental in establishing,
recruiting, and implementing the Board of Regents for OCC which has expanded
the reach and visibility among key stakeholders and leaders of the community.
Previously he has served as Committee Chairman and Assistant Cubmaster for Pack
333 in El Camino Real District.
In Troop 37, Rob served as Committee Chair and Assistant Scoutmaster and was
highly active in their outdoor program, participating in their annual ten day
backpacking trek, many local backpacking excursions, and summer camp.
In addition to Scouting, Rob has served in several leadership positions in
organizations associated with the Catholic Church. Presently, he volunteers
as Chief Operating Officer for the future Christ Cathedral, the former Crystal
Cathedral. Rob lives in Dana Point with his wife of 29 years, Berni.
They have a son, Collin, an Eagle Scout and now Management Consultant and
a daughter, Kira, who is a Development Officer for the Smithsonian institution in Washington, DC.
