Randall Frank
2012
Randall is webmaster for OCC's International Committee and has served as Eagle
Scout Recognition Dinner Chairman. He was a staff member at the National Scout
Jamborees in 2001, 2005, and 2010 as well as being on the International Service
Team for the 2007 and 2011 World Jamborees.
Randall was instrumental in persuading
the US Postal Service to issue a stamp in 2010 to commemorate the 100th anniversary
of Boy Scouting and in bringing the First Day of Issue Ceremony to the 2010 National Jamboree.
Randall is President of the Scouts on Stamps Society International (SOSSI) and served
as President of the International Federation of Scout and Guide Stamp Collecting Organizations.
As a youth, he earned the Eagle Scout Rank in 1962 while a member of Troop 478 in Jenkintown, PA.
As a young adult he was on the Trading Post staff at the 1964 National Scout Jamboree,
was a staff member at Philmont Scout Ranch, and became a Vigil Member of Delmont Lodge,
Order-of-the-Arrow, Valley Forge Council. While in college he was a member of Alpha
Phi Omega. He is a Baden-Powell Fellow and a recipient of NESA's Outstanding Eagle
Scout award. Randall lives in Corona del Mar.
