Ron J Cassell, Jr.

Ron is a member of the Executive Board of Orange County Council. Previously, he was Den Leader and Committee Member of Pack 234, Committee Member of Troop 1201, and Chairman of Los Amigos District. In addition to Scouting, for the past eight years, Ron has been a member of the Servite High School Board of Regents serving as an overseer of the capital campaign fundraising plan and in an advisory role for facility maintenance and upgrades.

For the past 15 years, he has been an advisor on the facilities maintenance and construction programs at St. Juliana Falconieri Catholic Parish and Elementary School. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus working toward improving, altering, and expanding activities for the needy and disadvantaged and is a member of the Advisory Council for Rosary High School.

For fun and adventure, on two separate occasions, Ron has led 700-mile, five-day motorcycle trips on back roads and trails thru Costa Rica. Each night they determined a place to eat and sleep after they reached their destination. Some days they bathed in rivers known to be infested with piranha. Ron quietly lives in Fullerton with his wife Carole and three children, Ryan, an Eagle Scout and daughters, Samantha and Gabrielle.
