Kirkman Lindahl

Kirk presently serves as Eagle Project Chair and as Committee Member of Troop, Varsity Team, and Venturing Crew 973 in El Camino Real District. Over eight years, he served as Eagle Chair and was involved with 338 Eagle candidates.

Previously he served as Committee Chair of the same units, Scoutmaster of Troops 739 and 747, Adviser to Venturing Crews 739 and 747, Coach of Varsity Team 739, and Merit Badge Counselor Coordinator for 15 years. He is a certified climbing instructor. Kirk received the District Award of Merit in 1997.

In addition to Scouting, he has volunteered with the Dana Hills Cross Country Team and the Track and Field Team plus volunteering with the Dana Point Youth Baseball organization. Kirk has served in the positions of Second Counselor, Young Men's President and Bishop of the local ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Kirk lives in Dana Point w ith his wife Janet. They have four grown children, one daughter, Clara, and three sons Devin, Dallin, and Cade, each whom has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
